Short Description

Performs a variety of day-to-day Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the daily processing of HR data. Incumbent works independently under general direction. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take following guidelines, procedures, policies.

Responsibilities

Ensure all new hires are entered in Infor in a timely manner.

Ensure all processing of all pay rate changes, promotions and transfers are updated in Infor in a timely manner.

Create new job codes and positions as needed in Infor.

Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis.

Assist and support department projects and/or problems as directed.

Participates in special projects with staff as directed.

Provide backup support for WFM as needed during vacation.

Requirements

    Professional Experience

    2 – 4 years of human resources experience
