Short Description
As a Sales Analyst at Herc Rentals, you will play a key role in responding to proposals issued by customers. You will work with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, HR, Fleet, Risk Management, IT, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Pricing, Operations and Finance, to own the proposal process and compose material that promote Herc’s value proposition. Furthermore, you will be responsible for contract management, territory structuring/alignment, sales process optimization, and sales reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the proposal process and leverage internal stakeholders to complete upcoming RFP’s, RFQ’s, and RFI’s.
- Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within defined timeframes.
- Responsible for managing lead channels and prioritizing upcoming opportunities.
- Coordinate, review, and edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Sales, HR, Fleet, Risk management, Procurement, Legal, Pricing, Operations and Finance.
- Act as liaison/facilitator between Herc’s sales team and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales Management to analyze, develop and optimize sales territories in an equitable manner while enforcing territory governance for North America
- Develop and manage databases for analysis.
- Provide economic data and prepare interpretative reports to assist Sr. Management in corporate strategies.
- Create/Assist in developing long and short-term global sales strategies and efforts
- Identify key strategic initiatives and implement into actionable goals.
- Strong understanding of agreements.
