Short Description

The Climate Remediation Branch Manager leads and directs our Climate Remediation Rental location.  They implement strategy to achieve and sustain positive revenue growth while providing the highest standard of customer service, safety and productivity among team members. This position identifies areas of improving a location’s competitive position through managing all aspects of the operation, including fleet, staffing, equipment rental, service and sales. 

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and Availability of any emergency business requirements
  • Drive sales and revenue growth
  • Cultivate effective “cross selling” activity “through and with” our existing sales resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through independent efforts and involvement with sales team
  • Identify, hire, train and develop talent
  • Provide training on climate control and remediation equipment.
  • Fleet management and identification of fleet needs
  • Full profit and loss responsibility
  • Ensure communication between all employees to drive operational efficiency, maximize revenue, and control costs
  • Oversee safety plans and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and MOT standards
  • Manage employee relations matters in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Keeping track of all assets including and performing scheduled inventory reconciliations.
  • Maintaining a “ready to rent” fleet by managing FUR (Fleet Unavailable for Rent) process

Requirements

    Professional Experience

    3-5 years of climate remediation, operations, and sales required; experience within the equipment rental industry and within the pump, power, and climate control market highly desired

    Educational Background

    Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s degree, or experience in lieu of degree

    • Leadership abilities - demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
    • Management - ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and people
    • Change management and organizational development experience is a preference
    • Sales, financial and employee development acumen
