Short Description

Interact with customers on a daily basis, coordinate orders to and from Cinelease.  Maintain show files in (7-areas). Work closely with Sales Department, Shop Foreman and Purchasing Agent. Perform on call duties after normal business hours, open and close building when necessary, must be flexible with last minute customer and/or overtime requests

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting customers with day to day requests for equipment, trouble shooting, coordinate deliveries and pick ups.

Communicate with Shop Foreman with information on when, where and how equipment is to get from Cinelease to customer and from customer to Cinelease.

Maintain show files in an accurate, detailed manner in all areas

as follows:

Main packages, electric add-ons, Grip add-ons, exchanges.

Process sub-rentals, incoming and outgoing orders, contracts and missing and damaged reports.

Responsible for processing and forwarding contracts, P.O.s , missing and damaged reports and wrap sheets to Accounting department.

Able to multi-task and properly prioritize projects thru out the day.

Able to work in a high volume, fast-pace environment where stress may become a factor.

Sub-rent and purchase equipment when necessary.

Accurately process purchase orders and negotiate with vendors to achieve discounted pricing

Use RTPRO program to keep track of inventory and orders.

Assist with annual inventory.

Help train new Rental Agents.
