Short Description
CINELEASE, INC., the entertainment industry’s leader in lighting and grip equipment rentals servicing production companies throughout the US, owned by our publicly held Parent Company HERC Rentals, is seeking a Studio Operations Administrator at our Three Ring Studio location in Covington, GA.
Company Description
Cinelease is the largest independent motion picture equipment rental house in the USA, with our company headquarters in Los Angeles and multiple branch locations throughout the country. Cinelease has serviced thousands of feature film and television productions with premier lighting and grip equipment and has built its reputation with over 40 years of exceptional service to the studios and independent production companies.
Primary focus will be to act as the premier representative of the company for introductory Production, vendor, and community related requests, questions, and concerns. This will include answering and routing front desk phone calls, mail and e-mail messages and any wide-range information dissemination, when applicable. It will also include maintaining clear logs and records pertinent to all studio related activities. Secondary area of focus will be supporting studio staff in daily operations of studios support and strengthen current customer and client relationships.
Responsibilities

- Ability to multitask proficiently while maintaining a very detailed and organized workspace
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Easily able to absorb and process new information in order to analyze company related data, efficiently prioritize responsibilities, and meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively within a team structure while emphasizing the importance of team involvement in generating solutions and increased productivity
- Effective in mediating and working productively with all personality types while building solid professional relationships
- Answers and routes phone calls, mail and e-mail messages and may handle wide-range information dissemination.
- Provides complex administrative support in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to perform tasks that had a high degree of responsibility
- Ability to be discreet about confidential information as it relates to both the company and clients
- Maintains calendars and appointments for Manager, Director and studio staff
- Coordinates drive-ons for lot entry and processes badges
- Implements and organizes processes for obtaining and tracking purchase orders from productions and vendors
- Purchases and maintains inventory of supplies for management office
- Maintains detailed on-lot activity logs and documentation
- Experienced with PC and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite
- Establishes and maintains solid relationships with the local film community, diverse businesses, vendors and the educational community, and local organizations in order to effectively promote and develop a well-informed local community and continued education and outreach.
- Assist with social media notifications and entries
