Short Description

The ProSales Associate position is designed to develop the candidate’s knowledge of the equipment rental industry. In this entry level role, you will be able to answer product and service questions, process rental orders, and fulfill our customers’ needs with accuracy and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to grow their career in Operations. 


  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls and deal with walk-in traffic in a timely manner
  • Answer all email inquiries
  • Resolve customer inquiries and deal with any issues or concerns
  • Provide customers with expert advice on the selection and operation of all the various types of tools and equipment
  • Generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders
  • Write up rental agreements
  • Source available equipment from other branches within the region
  • Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment
  • Support all team members
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Educational Background

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

Conditions of Employment

  • Must have valid driver’s license with clean abstract
  • This position requires candidates to be on-call every other weekend
  • A background in parts and inventory control
