Short Description

National Accounts Manager-like role accountable for communication specific to the industry specialized needs and wants of live event touring.  Nights and weekend availability required assisting with urgent matters.  Will be direct line of communication handling all areas of business with clients.  



 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communications between Strategic Account Representatives, branch, and vendors
  • Reservation creation
  • Account management
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
  • Manage the flow of information between client and fulfillment center, managing all details required to ensure a successful event
  • Oversee contract fulfillment and precise billing processes
  •  PO management
  • Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment 
  •  Maximize revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders 
  • Finalize sales for both inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide sales support 
  • Logistics to move equipment from event to event, to ensure the entire order is fulfilled 
  • Summation of the entire spend into a summary invoice
