Short Description

The Operations Standards Specialist will be completing on-site branch visits to ensure that Herc Rentals branches are following and sustaining the standards defined by the Operations Team.

The Operations Standards Team will be a resource to all field employees during and after the field visits: the role is focused on supporting branches and guiding them through the sustainment of operations processes.

Long term opportunity with this position will be a field related role in operations.  75% travel required, Weekly travel Sun-Thur. 


  • Complete on-site field visits to ensure compliance
  • Complete the template and provide branches with recommendations on areas of improvement
  • Train branch employees on operational processes
