Women In Action

In keeping with our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we are committed to the advancement of women within our company and, by extension, the equipment rental industry. We also seek to increase the number of women in leadership roles.

Thus, the creation of a women's employee resource group called Women in Action. The group seeks to empower, support and develop women by facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experiences through learning opportunities as well as with internal and external networking events.

Military Friendly

We are committed to hiring military veterans across all areas of our business. In support of that commitment, we are proud to be recognized as a Military Friendly employer, a participant in the Department of Defense's Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) as well as the U.S. Army Partnership for Youth Success.

We have been honored with the Department of Defense's Patriot Award — an award given to companies as a way to recognize employers who have gone above and beyond the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. In addition, we supported the launch of a Herc Rentals Veteran Resource Group to offer veterans on Team Herc a community of support, networking, collaboration, learning and sharing
