  • Assist with the overall management of the branch
  • Ensure equipment rentals and services are executed in the most effective manner with high- quality standards
  • Identify areas of improvement
  • Train under branch management in preparation for becoming a branch manager
  • Lead and manage a branch to ensure positive revenue generation and employee satisfaction
  • Provide the highest standard of customer service and continued excellence in productivity
  • Identify areas of improvement
  • Report on profit and loss, budgetary planning, and operational reviews
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels and employee relations
  • Maintain proper fleet inventory
  • Develop and train staff on safety plans
  • Maintain federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards
  • Conduct audits
  • Manage profit and loss of all branches in the assigned district
  • Lead and engage employees to drive positive relationships and employee satisfaction
  • Build and develop talent through performance management, training, delegation, and accountability
  • Lead the sales team to grow the customer base and market share
  • Establish relationships with customers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage fleet inventory including identifying needs, managing utilization, and asset protection
  • Solve problems both strategically and tactically
  • Be aware of market conditions to improve our competitive position
  • Ensure the cost effectiveness of all operations while maintaining high-quality standards using process improvement tools
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of large-scale operations
  • Be responsible for retention, expansion and renewal of client contracts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead/enquiry development, sales tours, marketing all product lines, to negotiating and closing deals with prospective clients
  • Network with existing clients to develop new business leads and develop relationships to enhance revenue stream
  • Establish and manage key partnerships with government agencies, universities, employers, and developers in the market
  • Interface with clients in order to provide excellent customer service in an efficient and professional manner
  • Conduct performance reviews that design a career path for each staff member
  • Collaborate with corporate team members to set sales, marketing, and profitability targets for the market
  • Ensure compliance with sales guidance, accounting systems, processes and procedures
  • Develop and execute a strategy for location of vehicles that will result in strong revenue growth and high vehicle utilization
  • Lead the sales team responsible for aggressive membership growth targets. This will include establishment of the sales process, goal setting and ongoing management with an emphasis on measurable sales productivity, pipeline management, and accurate sales forecasting
  • Develop and implement a localized marketing plan based upon guidance and input from the FSC marketing team
  • Implement programs to stabilize and increase members' usage and stimulate referrals of new members
