Once hired, we will help you build a strong foundation through our Black + Gold Academy. During this one-year comprehensive early career development program, you will be introduced to the world of construction, the equipment rental industry, and learn about Herc Rentals from the ground up.

When I began searching for a company to begin my career, I was looking for a couple of specific things. The first thing I looked for was a supporting workplace culture; a company that was going to provide me with support and training to help me grow. Next, I wanted a company that would challenge me and allow me to experience new and different situations every day. When I was given the opportunity to join Herc Rentals, I knew that this company was the perfect fit. Throughout my time here, I have received support from everyone I have come across, whether it be executive leadership or teams at our branch. I have had the chance to be involved in an excellent training program that has expanded my knowledge and skills, helping me grow not just as an employee, but as a person as well. This company provides challenges and different situations for me to take on every day, and I am extremely proud to have joined the Herc family. I look forward to seeing the continued growth of Herc Rentals!
