This comprehensive 12-month program equips emerging talent and those seeking a new path with the tools, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to launch a successful sales career in equipment rental.

We’re looking for tenacious go-getters who want to grow with us and build lasting relationships with our clients. At Herc Rentals, we firmly believe in promoting from within and nurturing those energetic employees who possess integrity, intellectual curiosity and exhibit an unlimited devotion to the company and their work. 

Once hired, we will help you build a strong foundation through our Black + Gold Academy. During this one-year comprehensive early career development program, you will be introduced to the world of construction, the equipment rental industry, and learn about Herc Rentals from the ground up.

When I began searching for a company to begin my career, I was looking for a couple of specific things. Throughout my time here, I have received support from everyone I have come across, whether it be executive leadership or teams at our branch. I have had the chance to be involved in an excellent training program that has expanded my knowledge and skills, helping me grow not just as an employee, but as a person as well. This company provides challenges and different situations for me to take on every day, and I am extremely proud to have joined the Herc family.
