Short Description
CINELEASE, INC., the entertainment industry’s leader in lighting and grip equipment rentals servicing production companies throughout the US, owned by our publicly held Parent Company HERC Rentals, is seeking a Studio Facilities Technician at our I-25 Studios facility in Albuquerque, NM.

The Job:
Primary focus of this position will be the overall maintenance of studio property. Duties include overseeing maintenance and repair of facility and equipment, maintain a safe clean working environment, and use knowledge and skills to anticipate needs and troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide moderate maintenance and repairs to equipment and fixtures, including electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
- Regularly inspect for preventative maintenance.
- Plan and contact vendors for scheduled maintenance.
- Oversee completion of vendor work orders and inspect work performed by outside vendors as appropriate.
- Assist with daily operations and event tasks.

- Ability to handle assorted tools properly and safely
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 LBs
- Ability to operate large, heavy machinery
- Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures, owner’s manuals, product/warning labels and electrical schematics
