Short Description
As the Director of Trench Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s success by overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and growth of our trench solutions business. You’ll lead a team of professionals, manage operations, and drive revenue while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in North America.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
⦁ Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the trench solutions business, setting goals, and executing on annual performance.
⦁ Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
⦁ Collaborate with senior management to align rental services with overall company goals.
Team Management:
⦁ Lead and inspire a team of rental coordinators, technicians, and sales representatives.
⦁ Foster a positive work environment, encourage professional development, and ensure team cohesion.
⦁ Set performance goals, track metrics, and provide regular feedback.
Operations and Logistics:
⦁ Oversee equipment inventory, maintenance, and logistics.
⦁ Ensure timely delivery and pickup of rental equipment.
⦁ Optimize fleet utilization and minimize downtime.
Customer Relations:
⦁ Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
⦁ Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
⦁ Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.
Financial Management:
⦁ Develop and manage the business budget, pricing strategies, and revenue targets.
⦁ Monitor financial performance, analyze profitability, and implement cost-saving measures.
⦁ Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Safety and Compliance:
⦁ Uphold safety standards and compliance with regulations.
⦁ Ensure proper training for equipment operators.
⦁ Maintain accurate records related to safety inspections and certifications.
