Short Description
The Field Operations Specialist will work with the Field Operation Manager and the branches:
- Support Greenfield locations setups to insure they are completed within the timeline assigned and to Herc Rentals standards
- Support Branch Relocations to insure they are completed within the timeline assigned and to Herc Rentals standards
- Support Acquisition Integration projects by providing training on Herc Rentals processes
- Support Emergency Response/Hurricane Relief
- Develop expert competency in ProContractor Tool and other assigned Center of Excellence product areas
This role is a great opportunity to learn more about the equipment rental business
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of new operational processes, working with branches and the Field Operation Manager
- Assist with the in-service of PCT equipment and Brady labeling IC’s on all fleet during Greenfield projects
- Assist with Showroom, Shop and Yard layouts during Greenfield and Branch Relocations
- Assist with Bin Locating parts and merchandise during Greenfield and Branch Relocations
- Assist with Bulk inventory management during Emergency Response/Hurricane relief
