Job Purpose
The Mega Project Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for customers and project stakeholders on the Cold Lake Mega Project. This role is responsible for coordinating equipment requests, managing logistics, supporting site operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of the project. The Mega Project Coordinator works closely with operations, dispatch, customers, and project leadership to ensure equipment and service requirements are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What you will do...
- Coordinate and manage equipment requests to support ongoing project operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, project personnel, and internal stakeholders regarding equipment and service needs.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, concerns, and operational issues.
- Utilize product knowledge to provide equipment solutions that meet project requirements.
- Process rental agreements, equipment transfers, work orders, and related documentation accurately.
- Coordinate equipment sourcing from branch locations and other company resources to support project demands.
- Schedule and oversee equipment deliveries, pickups, exchanges, and mobilizations.
- Monitor equipment availability and utilization to ensure optimal fleet performance.
- Communicate daily with dispatch, operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support inventory tracking, reporting, and equipment status updates.
- Assist with project planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
- Promote and support a strong safety culture by adhering to all company and client site safety regulations.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Cold Lake project team.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Ability to pass a Federal Criminal Background Check.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the equipment rental, construction, industrial services, logistics, or project coordination industry.
- RentalMan experience is considered a strong asset.
- Experience supporting large-scale industrial projects, maintenance projects, or mega projects is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Cold Lake, Alberta.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- A recent and clean driver's abstract will be required.
- Must meet all site-specific access requirements, including successful completion of required orientations and safety training.
- Ability to travel as required.
