Short Description

The Talent Advisor is accountable to implement recruitment strategies and execute recruitment activities across the United States. He/She focuses on building and maintaining partnerships at colleges, universities and trade schools, specifically focusing on candidates for our sales internships, trainee and apprenticeship programs.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and execute robust, innovative university/trade school specific recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.

Manage the calendar of events and attend campus activities in support of school strategy.

Develop, maintain and track relationships with university/trade school professionals including careers services, faculty staff, campus organizations, societies, ambassadors and alumni that will advance Hertz Equipment Rental’s presence on campus and attract high caliber candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers, field recruiters and HR to understand hiring needs and to determine placement opportunities.

Manage the on-site interviewing process including organizing the event, solicitating participation from within the hiring organization's teams and determining offers of employment.

Perform analysis of annual campus recruiting performance and strategic assessment of sourcing channels and methodologies.
