Job Purpose
Credit Analyst II plays a vital role in supporting both internal teams and external customers, ensuring efficient credit operations and strategic decision-making. This position requires strong financial expertise in evaluating credit viability for B2B borrowers, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in credit application processing.
This position reports directly to the Credit Manager and must have keen attention to detail, paired with Outlook and Salesforce.com experience.
What you will do...
- Maintain awareness of targets to meet/exceed these targets.
- Engage in monthly meetings with each team member to review OL, credit applications, salesforce cases, etc.
- Utilize appropriate judgment in releasing/holding orders.
- Reviewing accounts for credit limit increases.
- Review new credit applications and make financial decisions on how to proceed with new accounts.
- Escalations on account issues, working closely with the field to ensure payments are within terms as well as minimize any potential for bad debt.
- Take proactive measures to address changes regarding the financial position of customers.
- Maintain relationships with Internal and External customers to drive efficiency in processes.
- Lead projects, process improvements, and other customer accounts related tasks as identified by management.
- Process Salesforce cases and maintain company SLA.
- Review accounts for pay term changes.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in financial and credit management, with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Exposure to contract law, secured transactions, and bankruptcy regulations
- Familiarity with ERP systems, including implementation or development
Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred
Skills
- Contract compliance and risk assessment
- Business operations and financial strategy expertise
- Strong understanding of cash flow and financial statements
- Proficiency in MS Office, and Salesforce
- Negotiation, and conflict management abilities
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a high-volume work environment
- This role is designed for a strategic thinker who balances financial oversight with customer service excellence while guiding a high-performing team.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000
