Short Description

A Cinelease Office Administrator’s focus is to support fluid front office operations ranging from walk-in client initial contact to being a go-to resource for employees in office related matters. The Office Administrator is a centralized role to ensure uninterrupted branch operations and to ensure customers are routed to their correct contacts. Serving as a leading service provider for clients and employees alike, as an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in the growth and culture of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcoming and directing clients upon entering facilities
  • Oversee letters, phone calls, packages, and other forms of inbound correspondences
  • Track and replace office supplies to avoid operational interruptions and ensure office operational success
  • Maintain office efficiency arranging necessary repairs
  • Create, update, and process quotes, POs, and invoicing from vendors
  • Assist in copying and distributing production orders and other internal documents
  • Schedule and track office activities
  • Schedule meetings between employees and clients and manage meeting room schedules
  • Update leadership on pain-points and suggest best practice improvements to heighten customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate active participation in Cinelease Safety Culture, always prioritizing the safety of team members and customers alike
  • Support all team members
  • Learn and follow all company procedures and protocols

Professional Experience

Proven track record with experience in an office setting preferred
Computer skills to support entering information into systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Programs

Ability to communication effectively and efficiently
Dependability
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Educational Background

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency
