Description

The Talent Advisor (Recruiter) is accountable for implementing recruitment strategies and execute recruitment activities across United States. He/She focuses on building and maintaining partnerships at colleges, universities, and trade schools, specifically focusing on candidates for our sales programs, internships, and apprenticeship programs on the campus side of the role in our western region. 

The Advisor will do the same in the field within our classic operations supporting Herc's different COE's in our South Central Region.  Advisor will also need to be able to travel in this role.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and execute robust, innovative university/trade school specific recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.

Manage the calendar of events and attend campus activities in support of school strategy.

Develop, maintain and track relationships with university/trade school professionals including careers services, faculty staff, campus organizations, societies, ambassadors and alumni that will advance Herc Rental’s presence on campus and attract high caliber candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers, field recruiters and HR to understand hiring needs and to determine placement opportunities.

Manage the on-site interviewing process including organizing the event, solicitating participation from within the hiring organization's teams and determining offers of employment.

Perform analysis of annual campus recruiting performance and strategic assessment of sourcing channels and methodologies.

Professional Experience

1-3 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required
Recruiting, hiring, and training call center agents
Ability to work well with others across many organizations including development, sales, marketing, finance, customer support, and field service

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree required in related area.

Compensation

  • Pay based upon experience
  • $65k base minimum
  • Annual Bonus Incentive
